A registered company, a long desk, and plans that stay short enough to use.
Neural Passagepoint Academy Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in 2017. The evening circle that became the company started three years earlier, in a rented room off Rama IV, with printed charts and a rule that still holds: one market on the page.

Leads the chart room
Niran began the Saturday circle in 2014 while working days near Lumphini. He was tired of colleagues swapping screenshots with no shared language for a swing or a failed idea. The early meetings were unpaid and crowded. By 2016 the group wanted a name, a quieter table, and a fee that paid for the room. He registered Neural Passagepoint Academy Co., Ltd. the next year.
He still teaches the studio and the Saturday structure class. His bias is erasure. If a line cannot be defended in one sentence, it leaves the sheet before the evening ends.
Malee Somsak
Reads finished plans
Malee joined in 2021. From 2015 to 2020 she prepared client statements on a brokerage operations desk in Bangkok. She did not advise on positions there, and she does not advise on positions here. What she brought is a habit of reading a document for sentences that cannot be followed.
She annotates plans sent for review and sits in on the last studio evening, when each student reads the failure lines aloud. Margin notes go back within ten days of a finished studio plan, and within five business days of a standalone review.
A short history
2014: the circle meets on Saturdays in a rented room off Rama IV. Attendance is whoever can bring a printed weekly chart. 2017: Neural Passagepoint Academy Co., Ltd. is registered in Thailand, and the work becomes a paid evening study with a written plan as the result. 2019: the group moves into the current studio at 456 Rama IV Rd, Pathum Wan. The table seats eight on purpose. 2021: Malee starts the annotation desk so a finished plan is read by someone who was not in every argument that produced it. The company has stayed with that shape. It has not opened a second room.
How the room treats students
Adults only. English in the room, because the plans are written in English and read aloud. One market per plan. The academy does not hold client money, does not send trade alerts, and does not log into a brokerage account. You leave with pages. What you do with a broker afterward is your own decision, made away from the desk.
Fees, deposits, and cancellations are written on the fees and refund pages so the conversation at the door can stay about the chart.
Why the name
“Passage” is the stretch of price a plan has to describe in words: the path from a level you care about to the point where the idea is either underway or retired. The company took that word as its name when it was registered in 2017. Invoices and this website use the legal name Neural Passagepoint Academy Co., Ltd.
