Who you are contracting with

Neural Passagepoint Academy Co., Ltd., established in Thailand in 2017, at 456 Rama IV Rd, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330. Email hello@neural-passagepoint.click. Telephone 023851135. The company teaches technical analysis trading plans to adults. Your brokerage account, your orders, and your position size stay with you and with the broker you choose.

Acceptance

By using the website you accept these terms and the privacy, cookie, and refund pages linked from the footer. By paying a deposit or a fee, you also accept the description of that sitting on its study page and the fee page as it stood on the date of the invoice. If those pages conflict with a written quote we emailed you, the email quote wins for that engagement only.

The study itself

Classes, chart hours, and written reviews teach chart marking and plan writing. Materials, examples, and comments in the room are educational. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any market. You decide whether to trade, with which broker, and at what size, outside the chart room. Past marks on a printed sheet say nothing about future prices.

You must be an adult to enrol. Instruction and written plans are in English. A sitting may be refused if the market you want and the hours you can watch cannot meet, or if the room is already full. We will say so by email rather than take a fee we cannot honour.

Intellectual property

Website text, the sequence of the studio, printed chart packs prepared by the academy, and instructors’ notes remain the property of Neural Passagepoint Academy Co., Ltd. You receive a personal licence to use the pack and the notes for your own study. You may not resell them, post the full pack, or present the sequence as your own course.

The trading plan you write is yours. Margin notes we add are ours, and you may keep them attached to your plan for your own use. You are welcome to quote a short passage of a field note with credit and a link to this site.

Your conduct

Use the contact form for genuine enquiries. Do not send account passwords, identity documents, or copies of other people’s plans. In the room, follow the house practice on the chart room page: paper on the desk, orders placed later on your own time. We may end a sitting for someone who records other students without consent or who treats the evening as a live calling session. Fees in that case follow the refund page’s section on work already started.

The website

We aim to keep fees, dates, and descriptions current. A page can be wrong. The confirmation email is the record of your place. The site may be unavailable for maintenance. Forms are acknowledged by the success message on the page and then by a human reply; the success message alone is not a confirmed seat.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, the company is not liable for trading losses, missed markets, broker outages, or decisions you make from a plan, a field note, or a comment in class. Our responsibility for a paid sitting, if we fail to provide it and do not remedy or refund under the refund page, is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under those laws. If a clause is held invalid, the rest remain in force.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. A sitting already invoiced keeps the terms that applied on the invoice date. Continued use of the website after a change is acceptance of the new terms for that use.
