When a fee comes back, and when a sitting has already been used.

How to ask

Email hello@neural-passagepoint.click from the address we have on the invoice. Include your name, the study, the start date, and whether you want a refund, a move, or a transfer of a Saturday seat to another adult. We confirm within two business days. The transfer itself is made within fourteen business days after the refund is approved.

Trading Plan Studio

The fee is 18,500 THB. A deposit of 5,500 THB holds the seat. The balance is due before the second evening.

Full refund of any amount already paid, including the deposit, if you cancel seven or more days before the first evening. We can also move you once, without a fee, to the next studio that has a seat, if you ask before that seven-day line.

If you cancel after that line but before the first evening, the deposit is kept and any balance already paid is returned. The week before a studio is when the chart pack is printed and the seat cannot be offered honestly to someone else.

If you leave after evening one and before evening three, you receive a refund of the unused evenings: the fee minus 3,100 THB for each evening already held, and minus the deposit if the deposit was the only payment covering those evenings. Work already taught stays taught. From evening three onward the remaining fee is not refunded, because the plan is mid-draft and the seat was held for the whole sequence. Notes from a missed evening are sent so you can rejoin the following Tuesday. Missed evenings are not restaged as private hours.

Chart Hour

Move the hour once, at no charge, if you tell us at least twenty-four hours before the appointment. A second move in the same month is a new booking. A no-show, or a cancellation inside twenty-four hours, keeps the 2,400 THB. If we cancel the hour, you may take another slot that month or a full refund. Arriving without the printed chart does not create a refund; we can print a single sheet if you sent the file the weekday before, as the study page describes.

Structure Evening

Full refund if you cancel seventy-two hours or more before Saturday 10:00. Inside that window the fee is kept, and you may give the seat to another adult by writing their name to us before Friday 18:00. A no-show is the fee spent. If we cancel the morning, you receive a full refund or a seat on the next Saturday you can attend, your choice.

Annotated Plan Review

Before Malee starts the notes, a full refund is available. Tell us within two business days of paying, or at any time before we email you that reading has started, whichever is later. Once reading has started, the 3,200 THB stays paid, including when you disagree with the notes. The review is notes, not a rewrite, and disagreement is part of what the letter is for. If we do not return notes within five business days of starting, and we have not agreed a longer document with you, you may take a full refund or wait. Plans we decline as outside the scope (for example a file of screenshots with no sentences) are not charged. If a fee was taken in error, it is returned in full.

Deposits

Only the studio uses a deposit. It is part of the fee, not an extra charge. It is refundable on the timetable above. It is not refundable when it is the amount kept for a late cancellation before evening one.

Materials

Printed chart packs and the pencil work of a class are included in the sitting fee. We do not sell packs on their own, so there is no separate material refund. Packs already printed for a late studio cancellation are the reason a deposit can be retained, as stated above. You keep any pack you received.

No-shows

A no-show is an absence without a message before the cut-off for that sitting. The chart hour cut-off is twenty-four hours. The Saturday cut-off is seventy-two hours. The studio cut-off for leaving the whole engagement is seven days before evening one; missing a single later evening is handled as a missed evening, not as a no-show of the entire fee.

Work already started

An evening already held, an hour already sat, a Saturday already taught, and a review already begun are the work. Refunds apply to the unused remainder only where a section above says they do. We do not refund because a plan, once followed, produced a losing week. The study is the document and the teaching, not a result in the market.

Exceptions

If you are ill or travelling and you write before the cut-off, use the move rules above. If a serious event prevents you from writing before the cut-off, email when you can and we will consider a move to a later sitting. That consideration is individual; it is not a second refund policy. Nothing here removes rights you have under Thai consumer law that cannot be waived.

Method and timing

Approved refunds return to the paying bank account in Thai baht. We do not refund to a different name without a written reason. Processing on our side is within fourteen business days. Your bank may take further time. The original invoice is marked refunded and kept for the retention period in the privacy note.
