How the academy handles personal data.

Data controller

Neural Passagepoint Academy Co., Ltd., 456 Rama IV Rd, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, email hello@neural-passagepoint.click, telephone 023851135. The company is the data controller for enquiry and enrolment records. Established in Thailand in 2017.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, email address, chosen study, preferred date if you give one, the market you name, and the message you write. If you enrol, we also keep invoice details, payment references, attendance, and the plan or chart you submit for a review or a studio. Please do not send brokerage passwords, national identity numbers, or health information. We do not ask for them and we delete them if they arrive by mistake.

Technical logs from the host may include IP address, browser type, and the page requested, kept for security and troubleshooting. The cookie choice is stored in your browser under the key named on the cookie page. We do not receive that choice on our server.

Why we use it

To answer your note, to hold or refuse a seat, to prepare a printed chart pack, to annotate a plan, to issue an invoice, and to keep a record of what was agreed. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and legitimate interests in running a small school safely (for security logs). Where Thai law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it without losing access to pages that do not need it.

Retention

Unanswered or declined enquiries are kept for twenty-four months, then deleted or reduced to a non-identifying count. Enrolment records, invoices, and attendance are kept for five years after the sitting ends, because tax and accounting duties in Thailand require a longer file. A plan you submitted for review is kept for twelve months after the notes are returned, in case you ask us to resend them, and deleted after that unless a dispute is open. Security logs are kept for ninety days.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand you may ask to access the personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable form where the processing is based on contract or consent and is carried out by automated means. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. To use a right, email hello@neural-passagepoint.click. We may need to confirm you are the person the record is about. We answer within thirty days, or tell you why a request cannot be met in full, for example where an invoice must be retained.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it with the bank when you pay an invoice, with an accountant who files for the company, and with the host that stores the mailbox and the website. Instructors Niran Chaiyaporn and Malee Somsak see the records they need to teach or annotate. A plan you wrote is not shown to other students. Read-aloud evenings use your own voice in the room; you choose how much of the plan to speak.

International transfers

The company is in Thailand and intends to keep enrolment files there. Email and website hosting may process messages on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, we choose providers who contract to process the data only to deliver the service, and we limit what the form collects so the transfer stays small: contact details and the message you chose to write. Typefaces on the site are requested from Google Fonts; that request can send your IP address to Google. See the cookie page. You can block third-party requests in your browser and the pages will still show in fallback typefaces.

Security

Access to enrolment mail is limited to the two instructors and the company mailbox. Paper plans used in class stay in the studio during the evening and go home with you. We do not claim that any method of storage is perfect. If a breach is likely to risk your rights, we will notify you and the authority as Thai law requires.

Children

Study is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has written to us, email hello@neural-passagepoint.click and we will delete the note.
